These Terms and Conditions apply to every use of Alone and to every agreement between Frisse Kater B.V. and the User. By creating an account, subscribing, or using Alone, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Alone is designed to support the safety and peace of mind of people living alone through recurring check-ins and alerts. Alone is a supportive tool only and does not replace emergency services, alarm systems, medical care, or professional supervision.
To use Alone, the User must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep that information up to date. The User is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activities that take place under the account.
The User must use Alone in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The User may not:
Alone offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time through the applicable billing method. Paid amounts are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update pricing from time to time.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The User is responsible for keeping their account and contact data current and accurate.
We aim to keep Alone available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures.
All intellectual property rights relating to Alone, including software, content, branding, and documentation, remain the property of Frisse Kater B.V. The User may not copy, distribute, sell, license, or reverse engineer Alone except where permitted by mandatory law.
The User may stop using Alone by deleting the account and cancelling the subscription. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of misuse, fraud, legal risk, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in the app, on the website, or by email. Continued use of Alone after the updated Terms take effect means the User accepts the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
